- Payment information: when you pay online, your card/UPI details are handled directly by our payment partner (Razorpay) — we do not store your card or bank details on our servers.
- Contact form submissions: name, email, phone, and your message.
2. How We Use Your Information

- To send order confirmations, delivery updates, and password-reset emails.

Passwords are stored using industry-standard one-way hashing. Our database and website connections are encrypted in transit. Access to customer and order data is limited to authorized staff who need it to fulfil your order.

We do not sell your personal information. We share only what is necessary with: our payment gateway (Razorpay) to process online payments, and our email service provider to deliver transactional emails. We do not share your data with advertisers.
